The journey begins with a transfer to the northwest, passing through the renowned Luwero Triangle and Masindi Town. A detour will be made to visit the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a guided rhino walk and a picnic lunch. The trip continues to Murchison Falls National Park, with scenic views along the way to the lodge. Murchison Falls National Park - After enjoying a cup of coffee, the guide will assist in spotting wildlife such as elephants, lions, Cape buffalo, Rothschild’s giraffe, hartebeest, waterbuck, oribi, bushbuck, Bohor reedbuck, hyenas, and possibly leopards. Return to the hotel for breakfast and lunch.

Waterfall Cruises - Murchison Falls - Post-lunch, embark on a boat safari upstream on the tranquil Victoria Nile to the base of the falls, stopping just meters from the “Devil’s Cauldron.” Along the 17 km stretch, observe hippos, crocodiles, and possibly elephants, waterbuck, and Uganda Kob. This area is also home to numerous bird species, including the Goliath heron, Egyptian goose, pelican bee-eater, kingfisher, hornbill, cormorant, and the rare shoebill stork. Disembark to begin a challenging hike to the top of the falls (approximately 1 hour). Witness where the world’s longest river forcefully bursts through a narrow cleft in the Rift Valley escarpment, plunging into a frothy pool 43 meters below. The driver/guide will be ready to return guests to the lodge.

Murchison Falls National Park - After an early breakfast, guests will drive back to Kampala at their leisure, with lunch along the way. Arrival will be in the afternoon or evening, and the guide will drop guests at their hotel in Kampala or at Entebbe Airport for their flight home or to their next destination. End of services.
