The wines are crafted from grapes harvested from the vineyards, and visitors can also discover all the local wines from the village’s small family-run wineries.

All wines are produced in Embonas.

Visitors can also sample homemade wines, such as Muscat, a sweet dessert wine that pairs perfectly with nuts and fresh fruits. Additionally, there are numerous liqueurs made in Rhodes, including ouzo with coffee, souma with honey, masticha, and pomegranate.

Adjacent to the house is the distillery for souma.

Souma is a local, colorless alcoholic drink made from the distillation of grape marc, and everyone is welcome to taste it for free.

Olive oil is also produced, and visitors can find honey from local producers.

• Profitis Ilias - In Profitis Ilias, there is a small resort - a 1929 Italian hotel nestled in the heart of a forest of pines, cedars, and oaks, making it an ideal spot for photos or coffee. The lodge was constructed in 1929 during the Italian occupation and was named Albergo del Cervo (Lodge of The Male Deer) due to the unique deer that inhabit the surrounding forests.

Then, enjoy a lunch break at a traditional tavern in Eleousa village, located in the heart of the forest! Finally, unwind at Kalithea Springs, known since ancient times for its thermal springs and a perfect spot for a swim or a drink.
