I took my mother for a tour of the castle a few days ago, and when I asked her if she liked Henderson castle she said: "I loved it!" My mother has always been interested in old historic houses. She said she loved everything about the house, and that the tour guide Alex was her most favorite part because of his passion for history and the castle, and willingness to answer her questions. After the tour, my mother did some wine tasting and was impressed with the gentleman who facilitated the tasting. As a result, she bought several types of the Henderson Castle wine. The receptionists were all welcoming. I have met Francois a few times and I think he's an amazing entrepreneur who is dedicated to his customers. He's kept Henderson Castle going strong. I've had the 12-course meal, and a few years ago I spent the night at the castle, and look forward to the time where I'll return.

We were a small group so all of our questions were answered by our wonderful tour guide. I don't remember how many years that we've seen your billboard on the way to Kalamazoo but we have always wanted to see it. Now that we have we weren't disappointed. We may even come again to see it and the grounds in their summer splendor!

The Castle was fabulous... the couples massage was completely perfect (Jackie was incredible). The meal was very good and so much fun. Matt and Jayrd were wonderful... small problems, and the devil is in the detail. The music stopped and it too long time to get it back. The wedge salad dressing was bland. The dessert was great and my husband has a new favorite drink... Death in the Afternoon. .. perfect.. The morning buffet had problems. I got a burnt croissant. I mentioned it to the waitress and she was willing to fix it, but she gave one to another guest later. A group of 6 had to sit at a table for 4... ran out of juice... This could all be corrected by empowering your servers. They should feel able to check that the croissants are not burnt especially after one was... they should move a large table to the other dining room if needed... they should be able to answer if the oatmeal is steel cut or rolled... or feel that they can say "I don't know, but I will find out for you!" THis teaches the wait staff, makes the customer feel heard and over all help improve the customer satisfaction. Will we come again? ABSOLUTELY and we will send others. I am in HR and I believe in total quality improvement. I'd rather tell you my concerns than to put it on facebook etc. So attention to detail!!! SMILE
