- Sewu Temple - After finished enjoying Prambanan Temple and it’s surrounding, travelers may then proceed to the last stop for the day. They can stop and enjoy the beauty of the ancient ruin of Sewu Temple by walking or riding a bicycle.

We provide a full package tour in which we cover traveler’s transportation to tickets to the attractions. We go as far picking up guests and returning them safely back to the hotel again by the end of the trip. It enables travelers to focus on the experience rather than worry about getting lost in new unfamiliar place. Easy and stress free!

Temples experience - Yesterday we made our excursion to Borobudur and Prambanan temples, both incredible. Our driver Salma was the icing on the cake, always smiling and very friendly, explaining many things and sharing culture. 100% recommended

Nice experience but if you want a guide for Prambanan, or someone with some info, you might want to try a different tour - We had Pak as a driver. He was nice and sent a whatsapp message before arriving. He spoke some English. Pak drove us and joined for Prambanan and handed us the pamphlet at entrance. He joined at the beginning and then left us for the remaining 2 temples on site. We met at the parking lot then we went to Borobodur for our guided tour up the temple where they fitted us for sandals. He held onto our own sandals as we went up in the ones provided at the temple, which was nice. I think it would've been a really good experience if he had at least some info on either place we were visiting, but overall still a good experience, and he's a good driver and nice person. Not overly aggressive on the road, but assertive. I think I would recommend this if it were more of a guide.

Relax and enjoy all the sights - It was a really enjoyable trip, wonderful because apart from the marvellous sights of Borobudur and Prambanan, it was really relaxing and fun with Marman as our guide and Karno our driver. They were so helpful, Marman spoke English and also engaged with locals, including us in lots of fun with local groups of school children joining in photos! He was open to additional requests and we had a delicious lunch too. So we wish to thank the team and highly recommend this trip.

By far the best tour company experience ever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. - We traveled to Yogyakarta in May for Waisak Day, and booked this tour for the day before, since guests are not allowed to walk up the steps of Borobudur on Waisak Day. The tour company was very helpful and accommodating and altered our itinerary a few times due to our changing schedule. Our tour guide, Bhimo, was really incredible. He brought us to Prambanan temple in the morning, made sure we got a local temple guide, and was waiting right at the exit when we finished the tour. He then took us to a restaurant near Borobudur before visiting the temple, and when it started raining, made sure we had raincoats and umbrellas right away. He even noticed that I wasn’t feeling very well and went to a pharmacy and picked up some herbal medicine for me.
When our plans for Waisak day fell through, the tour company was able to miraculously secure us a last minute private car and 2 entrance tickets to still attend. Since it was so last minute, they didn’t have any more English speaking drivers, so they sent someone from their operations team to follow us the entire day to ensure we were taken care of, and waited with the driver until we were dropped off at our hotel at the end of the event, around 2 AM!
This tour company really went above and beyond - great team, fast response, competitive pricing, and incredible service. I have already recommended them to some friends looking to travel to Yogyakarta and will not hesitate to book with them again next time I return.
PS - for anyone that’s considering visiting Borobudur for Waisak Day…. It was truly one of the most profound, breathtaking, beautiful experience of my life (see last few photos). Open for people of all religions and backgrounds.

Tour con Arman - Arman, very nice and helpful person came to pick us up at the hotel and then continue on our beautiful tour. In the temples of Borobudur and prambanan more led us to make a beautiful experience the Luwak kopi the finest coffee in Indonesia. From production to tasting.
All nice and very interesting we really enjoyed it 🤩

Top day - Our guide was Marman and he did it perfectly. Along the way he offered to visit some other temples. On the way we ate a stroopwafel, which we had brought from the Netherlands. There were 2 left and Marman brought them for his children. Top day and completely tired and satisfied again dropped off at our hotel.

A fascinating day trip I recommend to anyone! Made fun by the friendly but professional staff. - I would recommend this tour to anyone! We had some troubles with my credit card not being accepted but because the staff at Trans Marindo were so helpful and always checking messages, they sorted it out for us and were waiting outside our hotel in the morning just as promised. It is a very long day but both the driver and guide Marman who was wonderful took such good care of us the time flew. Having all the tickets organised and someone to ask questions to about Indonesia the whole daywas a very special experience. My husband was thrilled with Borobudur, as he had always wanted to go, and then we had a delicious lunch near Prambanan and saw the tenple complex which I liked even more than Borobudur. They booked a private guide for us, so we were able to have a special experience- other travellers were asking us if they could join in! I really enjoyed it there and when we finishe the sun was going down and they took some really nice photos for us. Then we were driven back to our hotel , talking and asking questions, telling each other about our lives and so on so that when we reached our hotel we really felt like we had made two new friends. And then they gave us a little souvenir! I really recommend booking with them- it IS a long day but you can see and learn so much. Thank you so much to everyone at Trans Marindo!
