- 11305 Glacier Hwy - Embark on an aquatic adventure from the Auke Bay facility to explore the marine life-rich waterways of Juneau, near the islands. The route will be determined by customer ability and weather conditions. A typical day offers breathtaking views of Mendenhall Glacier, a journey along the back side of Douglas Island, and potential sightings of Orcas, Humpbacks, Seals, and occasionally bears. (We strictly follow NOAA and federal regulations, ensuring no wildlife is approached or disturbed.) The exploration includes some favorite spots such as Horse Island, Colt Island, Fritz Cove, Young Bay, Barlow Cove, and “the Fortress of the Bear” on Admiralty Island.
Participants must be at least 16 years old with a license or boater’s permit to operate a Jetski.
