Amazing experience!!! Highly recommend! - The one day we were in Juneau there was flooding so we couldn’t go to see the glaciers. We booked this Segway tour last minute and we’re so happy we did!!!! Carli was so patient teaching us how to use the Segways sand we had an amazing time exploring the rainforest. We got to eat freshly picked berries and we learned a ton about the bogs and trees and animals there. Really amazing experience!!! Also shout out to Maddie for teaching us all about Alaska while we waited… 👍

Spectacular Segway Trail Adventure - This was the best excursion we did during our week on NCL Encore. Will and RJ were excellent teachers for Segway making it safe and fun, even on steep terrain. Being guided through trails was essential. They kept it relaxing and educational. Highly recommended!

Fun on two wheels - Riding a Segway is a lot of fun! I thought it was going to be hard to balance and maneuver, but Carli was an excellent teacher, and the Segway was really easy to ride. We got to see a lot of cool scenery and different types of plants. Carli was knowledgeable and was a great guide. The course is a cross country skiing trail, but it was well maintained. Highly recommended if you’ve ever wanted to ride a Segway and see a different part of Juneau than just downtown.

A fun refreshing day in the mountains. - Our tour guides were Carli and Allie. They were awesome from the moment we met them on the pier to the end of the tour. They made sure everyone grasped the techniques needed to safely operate the Segways, with one of them leading and one of them following the group, to ensure we were functioning properly. The good-humored banter between the two was entertaining, and we enjoyed the way they explained the nature along the way. It was not difficult, and anyone who can be on their feet for 2 hours should be able to do this.

Fun way to explore Alaskan Rain Forest - This was a great excursion for us in Juneau. Phoenix and Darin were fun and very informative. They provided great instructions on riding the Segway bikes and we were off in no time on a beautiful rain forest path that led to a beautiful small river in the mountains of Douglas Island. On the way we learned about the Alaskan rain forest plants, animals and the geological history. The Segways were a blast to ride, and I felt safe on it the entire time. Phoenix and Darin were awesome guides! Highly recommend!

Awesome day out - Carli & Alli were our instructors/guides and they were so helpful and caring. The two girls were a pleasure to spend a couple of hours with, lots of laughs and just made us feel very comfortable with learning a new skill and showing us the beautiful nature/rainforest we were in.

Good but Tense - The area is very pretty, the trail is well maintained and the staff very supportive. I managed with the segway but was tense and did not get comfortable with riding it. As a first-timer I thought my previous skills with skiing, skating and horses would be helpful but the segway was altogether different. I was glad I did it but wouldn't do it again
