Very good but not great - We enjoyed it but it wasnt as great as I expected. It was crowded and loud. Sushi was so so taste wise which is based on ingredients not our individual ability. We were taught 2x styles with little direction and over complications for the Nigiri style. There were assistants at each table but they didnt really help. Staff was nice and they tried but a bit too much commercial like. I would suggest doing it but with lower expectations than other reviewers gave.

Disappointing but still fun experience - Considering it was advertised as a #1 sushi place we were disappointed as there was no sushi chef to demonstrate the process, the sushi making was shown on the screen and all the comments were made by the host/entertainer. Another disappointing part was that the sushi was made on the plastic sushi mat instead of a bamboo one. And the whole set up lacked an authentic touch. But it was still a fun cooking time we spent together. The sushi tasted very delicious.

Meh..... - It was cute. The staff was pleasant and nice. Not great sushi but fun to make. I would rather find an authentic sushi experience and pay more. However cool meeting people from other places.
