This unique experience includes a special “two-bowl” tea ceremony: first, savor matcha prepared by the host, then create your own bowl of matcha using authentic tea utensils.

This comprehensive session of observing, tasting, and preparing matcha is a rare opportunity, even in Japan, and is not commonly found in typical tourist activities.

Set in a serene Asakusa location, the ceremony is conducted with comfortable table-style seating (no kneeling required), making it ideal for beginners, families, and guests of all ages.

Optional kimono wearing (free of charge) and seasonal Japanese wagashi are provided, with clear English guidance throughout, ensuring a relaxed and genuine cultural experience. While we can accommodate up to 15 guests, sessions are generally kept small (8–12) for a peaceful, personalized experience. Multiple tea masters are present to ensure smooth guidance and exceptional quality.
