- Hikarigaoka Station - Immerse yourself in the art of Japanese cuisine with a local expert in Tokyo! Join Emi for a personalized culinary adventure, exploring traditional flavors and cooking techniques in a cozy setting.
Start your experience with a refreshing cup of mugi-cha (barley tea) before engaging in a hands-on cooking lesson. Select any three dishes from her curated menu (note *okonomiyaki contains fish granule soup stock). To ensure a smooth experience, all participants will prepare the same main dish, so please share your choice at least 4 days in advance—or Emi will thoughtfully choose a menu for you.
Over 1.5–2 hours, enjoy lively discussions about food and Japanese culture while Emi guides you in creating your meal. Then, sit down to enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared together over sake. Emi provides recipes so you can recreate these beloved flavors at home.
Meeting Point:
Emi hosts this experience at one of two private cooking studios, each within walking distance of either Nerima Station or Hikarigaoka Station. She will confirm the exact address three days before your experience.
This is more than a cooking class—it’s an unforgettable cultural and culinary journey.
