awesome experience! - so much fun!! super interactive and informative! you get to make mochi and then try it with several different flavors, would highly recommend! only suggestion is to wear something lightweight because the room gets warm if it’s hot out.

Yum! - This was a lot of fun. Seeing rice turn into mochi was great to see. After pounding and shaping, we got to eat it with many different toppings. Yum!

An absolute highlight of our trip to Japan - Because of our grandchildren who like mochis, we really wanted to know how they were made. The workshop was very well organized, knowledge transfer and making yourself. The group was not too big with 8 people. There was room for photos and videos in between. The result was very tasty and it was a lot of fun.

Reservation mix up, but book with confidence. Tasty mochi. - There was a little bit of a mix-up in reservations but in retrospect, it wasn't the company's complete fault. They were very honest and gracious in making sure that everything was made more than right. If we come back to Osaka, we would make another reservation with them just because of their company's ethics. Mochi was also very delicious

I had the best experience... - I had the best experience ever! Definitely worth it. Learned the history of Mochi and physically making it instead of only watching someone is the best part! You eat it right after with several toppings/options, it’s fresh and clean ingredients, beyond delicious foreigner/English friendly! Thank youuuu so kind!!!

Mochi pounding in Osaka - Before this experience, we loved mochi but knew nothing of its origins or preparation. Now, we love it more and have a better appreciation for it. Great experience to learn, make, and eat FRESH mochi! Worth doing.
