Following a warm welcome from a chef with over 50 years of expertise, participants will step behind the sushi counter to learn the art of preparing sushi rice and slicing fish. Guided by the chef, attendees will craft four pieces of nigiri and one roll, mastering the techniques of rolling, shaping, and plating like a professional.
Those opting for the Master Course will also gain skills in filleting fish and will enjoy a special meal featuring four additional pieces of sushi, a beverage, and either tempura or sukiyaki.
Upon completion of the class, participants will receive a certificate and a complimentary teacup (Teacup is exclusive to the Master Course).
