I have already worked in luxury hospitality and can say as a service provider LEAD HOTELS OF THE WORD that everyone involved in this tour was the best among all the destinations I have done with Luck in Maceió, Paraíba, Pernambuco and RN.

- Initially, the scheduled time for boarding, as informed by the seller, was at 06h50 however, the bus only arrived at 07h08. If the contractor arrived late, the tolerance was 5 minutes and what was the tolerance of the contractor? Should the same time of tolerance to the contrary be applied to the contractor too? Or is it that in this case, we have two weights, two measurements?? Another point to be discussed is that, at no moment, I was informed that we should walk 800 meters to the destination, in steep descent, without any support or accompaniment from the emroesa, given that if we had been informed, we would never have bought the ride since we had elderly people who have reduced mobility. How to do in this case? A support car would already help a lot but would it, as everything from the company would be charged too? Lack of respect, commitment and empathy. Accessibility to the elderly and with disabilities is disrespected. Another point is that, according to the guidance, it would not be possible to change the seat. Each passenger should "take a photo of the number of his armchair so that it remained in the same place until the end of the ride." What was the criterion of choice if, at NO MOMENT, we were made available a suitable place to sit because, we stayed next to the bathroom since, we were stripped of the right of choice given that the others had, in addition to the unhealthy condition of fever and contamination of the same to which we were exposed. Where is impartiality and equality for all? It doesn't exist! Another point is that the guide, besides being poorly educated, was talking for more than 1 hour without stopping, without any objectivity. Totally unnecessary and unbearable! It looked like a torture session! I believe that there was a lack of training to her so that she was more objective, fair, polite, helpful and coherent in her speeches as well as in the customer service. At no time, the guide informed the scheduled time of arrival to the destination and, was disinforming that digital documents were not a "good choice", because one can lose cell phone and blá blá blá being that, just as she will vomiting tosa hour on the bus that is traveling, we are also and never had any problem with digital documentation including, we live in a digital world, in which will the world she still lives? Another point to mention is that they do a "brainwash" using a restaurant (Caxangá), as if it were the only one in the place, which is not beautiful, has nothing attractive and the values are exorbitant, a price disparity of more than 300% in relation to the local trade and being that, on the other side of the track the prices are much more affordable and maybe even more tasty. Only the view is beautiful, but it will depend on where you sit in the restaurant! And all because of commission that are being profaned that the restaurant is this or that, but it is not! The concept of restaurant to me and many, is quite different from that that such a "guide" was praised to receive commission. Ridiculous! So I had the worst experiences with Lucky. I stopped giving opportunities to other companies for having had exciting experiences in the past so that this time, I ended up living moments of torture and disappointment. I do not recommend, nor will I ever use any service from this company again. And to finish the day, the scheduled time for arrival at the hotel, according to the folder, since the guide does not mention hours, was for 19h, but the company makes a "parade" in a road restaurant and stays for 25 minutes (in theory) for dinner, again due to commissions! The scheduled time for leaving this "restaurant" was at 18h40 but we left at 18h45 being, once again, disrespectful with the contractors. That is, we arrived very late, tired and stressed at the hotel due to lack of planning and commitment from the company! It is worth remembering that, on this "walk" we had elderly and people with reduced mobility who, at no time, were informed of these misfortunes already known by the company. As for the driver, when descending to the restaurant on the side of the road, he turned off the air conditioning leaving the bus unbearably hot and muggy, while the vehicle remained on. Outside this slide, it was very helpful, polite and helpful. Maybe the only one worthy of some praise on this regrettable "walk."
