Wonderful tour - The guide Lilian took us for a walk. Where went along a wonderful photographer from Eternizzy who took beautiful photos. On the return we were received by the seller Égla. After all, the Eternizzy team is wonderful.

Great Service - We did the transfer from the airport, in addition to the tours to the dunes of the marapé and maragogi. Super prepared guides, transportation with quality vehicles and local conventions with quality hotels and guesthouses. No attention! - When I arrived at the Palmares airport in Maceió, I simply had no sign with my name, I got lost with that lot of people asking if they wanted a taxi, Uber, etc. We had to separate the family and go from group to group to try to find out if there was someone waiting for us, it was a pretty bad feeling, because when you arrive in an unknown place you expect to have support and that was all Luck did not give us. Oh, bad. Do not recommend as receptive at the airport.

THEY STOOD US UP - For our first trip to Maceió I hired this Enterprise to transfer us to the airport-hotel and hotel-airport. When the Service arrived it was fulfilled as appropriate, we were greeted by a lady named Gertrude who asked us for the return flight details to coordinate well the time when we would be picked up by the hotel to take us to the airport, told us that the same day the flight would leave us at the hotel (Ritz Suites) a message confirming the time we should be at the hotel. Come the day of sticking back they leave us the message at the hotel and to be cautious we decided with my sister to stay 2 hours before the time we had been told. We wait and wait but NEVER ARRIVED! THEY STOOD US UP! We had to start looking for a transport at 1 in the morning and beg not to miss the flight. I claimed on several occasions by phone, leave messages and comments on all your platforms but no one answers me! I'm about to take legal action in defense of the consumer to get my money back. DON'T LET YOURSELVES BE SCAMMED!
