Regarding meeting clients at airports, I will greet them at the appropriate arrivals section, holding a signboard with their names. Upon booking, I will obtain their contact numbers and flight details to communicate in advance (I assume this is standard practice). Meeting clients at hotels or B&Bs will follow the same procedure. Estimated times of arrival will be provided when bookings are made. Extras such as Wi-Fi and snacks can be arranged. Free water is available in limited quantities. Wi-Fi is also available for a small fee. Meals can be arranged in advance.
