The tour continues with a visit to the Sanbai Wine Workshop, the sole surviving winery in Wuzhen, established during the Song Dynasty. During the Ming Dynasty, Wuzhen was a hub for the liquor industry, boasting over 20 distilleries. Guests can observe the traditional wine-making techniques still in use today.
