I really enjoyed this tour. I’d been to Dealy Plaza & the School Book Depository before but not seen any of the sites offered on this tour. I loved it! It really made everything come to life seeing the actual path Oswald followed back to his rooming house, the site where Officer Tippet was gunned down and the Texas Theater. I was unsure about the canned audio presentation but it was excellent, much better than expected. It wasn’t canned, it was the actual audio from the day it all happened. 5 Star tour!!!! I've taken this tour before with other friends and it was a live tour guide. I can understand using a recorded message and there are quite a few tours each day - but it is just not the same. I did enjoy all other aspects of the tour! I recommend buying your Sixth Floor Museum tickets ahead of time or using your smartphone - don't wait in the ticket line and then the entrance line!
Bus was overcrowded and speaker was too loud.
The tour was quite informative. I wish the tour could have taken us to Parkland Hospital where Kennedy, Oswald and Ruby died.
The JFK Tour was very interesting and fun! I learned so much that I never knew about that fateful day in Dallas! I got to see locations I never had seen before and it was really exciting to hear the live recordings from 1963! Our driver was super and went the extra mile to point out points of interest! If you haven't ever taken this tour, do so, you'll be in for a treat!
Very interesting and informative tour. Maybe the website could be organized a bit better with all of the details of a trip on one page including directions to where to park and then where the bus picks up! I plan to do more tours so would like to see these changes soon! :) Thank you
The tour left on time and the tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable.
I had thought we were going to follow the motorcade route the president went on, but that never happened. On the other hand we went to paces I didn’t, expect but enjoyed a lot.
Very interesting and informative. Darla the guide was very personable. The trolley was comfortable and air conditioning was welcoming.
Great tour! Very informative & interesting.
We didn’t know what to expect and it was one of most visual and interesting tours by far. Between the driver and the excellent taped narrater we traveled back to 1963 down the streets of Dallas where everything played out with the Kennedys that day. The most interesting was following OSwalds steps during and after the shooting through the city streets to his boarding house, the shooting of the police officer. You witness it and see the spot. Then onto his capture in a theater later and we were there. Liked it so much better than the 6 Floor museum experience which so crowded and slow we moved like snails. Cost of trolley tour was not expensive. Got more than we paid for.
Outstanding! We learned more inside stories and things we hadn’t learned from visiting the museum.
Tour was very informative. Narration was very clear and easy to understand.
It covered everything it said it would--and I like that. I picked this tour specifically because of its description and it delivered. Our driver was very nice and helpful. (I believe she said her name was Leia.)
Tour was on time and very informative.
Great, detailed tour with a good price tag!
You'd take hours to find all the locations of this story on your own. The narration puts the whole story in context. Easy location to find, great tour length and nicely pre-recorded narration including actual audio recordings from the events.
COMMENTARY IS CLEAR AND LUCID/DRIVER "in tune" WITH THE TAPE.
FAbulous tour. Took ride before going in to visit book depository and so glad I did. Learned a little more about that fateful day and helped me understand what was being described in the museum Highly recommend.
Fun & interesting tour.
The narration was excellent. I lived through the JFK assassination, and it was a revelation to see exactly where and how it all went down. It's one thing to read about it, but it's quite another to be there and understand the whole picture, as well as background information. Highly recommend this tour.
The tour guide was great. Friendly and knowledgeable.
The tour guide new her stuff and the tour was interesting and informative. Gave us plenty of time to ask questions.
The tour was good, but we paid extra for tickets to go to the GeoDeck, and it was not made clear that this was not part of the tour. So we wasted that money as we were unable to get back to the Reunion Tower.
Very informative and it was very interesting to see all the actual locations of where the events transpired that day.
I enjoyed the tour, but you should add the following two (2) stops... 1. The Hospital where they took JFK after he got shot 2. The house where Lee Harvey Oswald got his infamous “backyard” picture taken
The narrative of the storytelling was wonderful. Very educational and entertaining.
The tour was very thorough and educational. I loved how it stopped at key points so we had time to really see and soak it all in. Our tour guide was super friendly and knowledgeable as well.
the driver was extremely kind
Because of protesters, the street where Jack Ruby went into the side door to kil Oswald was blocked off.
