- A lovely relaxing and fun tour around Jasper with Estelle, who was very friendly and informative. We cycled to some beautiful lookouts spots and stunning lakes and even came across some wildlife on the way. I would highly recommend this tour - we had a great time.

Awesome e-bike tour in and around Jasper - We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Natasha! She and the rest of the team first spent the time to adjust the bikes, helmets and audio headsets and then gave us the information we needed to ride safely. Then Natasha took us out and did an amazing job of both keeping track of us and keeping us safe while still regaling us with her knowledge of the area history, plants and animals. This was by far the high point of our trip to the Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper areas! Even though they are just now coming back from the devastating fires of 2024, they still gave us a wonderful experience.

E-biking through Jasper - What a great experience. It was our first time on E-bikes and now we are hooked. Tash was a fabulous tour guide. She fit the bikes to our height, helped us with our helmets and made us do a test drive in the parking lot before heading off on our 30 km ride. We covered a lot of ground in and around Jasper and got to see up close the destruction the fires of 2024 made. That said, there was still plenty of cool things to see on the tour. Got our first look at quick sand and some of the beautiful lakes and properties in the area. Also got explanations of the many murals that have been painted on buildings in town. The ride is mostly flat, but the ebikes made any inclines a breeze. We are both in our 60s and had no issues keeping up. Definitely a great way to spend 3 hours.

Unforgettable E-Bike Adventure Through Jasper with a Knowledgeable Guide - If you’re looking for a fun, informative, and scenic way to explore Jasper in just a few hours, this e-bike tour is a must-do! Both of us absolutely loved the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone—whether you’re an avid cyclist or trying out an e-bike for the first time. Natasha, our guide, was incredible. She was not only punctual and approachable, but also brought the journey to life with deep knowledge of Jasper’s history, Indigenous culture, local flora and fauna, and even geology. She made the ride interactive and educational, talking with us while biking—which we’ve never experienced on other bike tours and really appreciated. The route itself was beautiful, taking us past serene lakes, scenic bridges, and even through the Fairmont Golf Course area. There were plenty of stops to take photos and soak it all in. The e-bikes were easy to use and made the ride feel like a breeze, even for those less experienced with biking. We had originally booked a food tour version of the ride, but due to changes after the Jasper wildfires, that portion was discontinued. Natasha went above and beyond to arrange a delicious pizza dinner for us anyway (shoutout to Estelle!), which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. From spotting elk and mule deer to learning about red squirrels and local birds, the tour offered so much more than just beautiful views—it gave us a new appreciation for Jasper’s wildlife and ecosystems. This was hands down one of the most memorable parts of our trip. Don’t hesitate—book it!

Not as expected - Not quite the tour that we have expected, too much talking and not much biking. It was disappointing for us, though the guides were nice and very friendly, they gave us a lot of background information. The bikes were not suitable for very tall people.
