Fantastic! - I bought the tickets over the internet and canceled the hotel that would stay. At the exact time the Sierra Verde staff went to pick us up at the hotel. We picked up the best wagon category BOUTIQUE . It is the last wagon that has panoramic windows and a huge balcony , where you enjoy the whole journey . The other wagons have small windows and are between the other wagons , so you can 't take advantage of the whole landscape . In this wagon serve coca cola , guaraná , water at will , a small box with snack, peanut and honey bread ( all delicious ) . Guide speaks Portuguese/English. The 10 most beautiful train ride in the world.

Great experience - Great guide and service. We went to the last van that has a balcony, makes it easy to take pictures and see the sights. The tour had an open bar (no alcohol and beer) and offer a basic snack. It's worth the experience. Very organized. The guides were always attentive to remove any doubt and presentation of the points clearly to everyone. We'll be back for sure. Although it was cloudy, we were lucky and got the mountain clean.

A beautiful walk - An incredible experience that is definitely worth it. It was all perfect. We picked up the sun package, which included the transfer in/out at the hotel. Nothing to complain about. The company is serious and punctual.

- Amazing tour, wonderful landscapes. The only negative point is the speed of the train, in some sections could go faster, as at the exit of Curitiba. It is very worth appreciating nature! On the way back, we meet Antonina, a beautiful town by the sea. The road back, I think it is called Nova Graciosa, is very interesting, but dangerous, full of sharp curves.

We like the experience - We took the whole tour with a boutique wagon, the ride we went from van to Morretes, and it was very nice nothing tired, we were worried because my wife this gravita of 6 months, but it was very good. We had lunch (included), we liked it a lot, and we were waiting center of the station for the exit of the train, due to pregnancy we did not walk in the city, which seems very pleasant. The exit was very punctual, and we went through the 4hs, the wagon has a lot of influence on the experience, because there are drinks at will in some, in our aunt. Gave to see well The places, but the experience is sensational. We chose the boutique wagon, because it can accommodate only 18 people, giving more comfort in transiting and taking photos, has a wagon with a balcony as well, so if it is on this tour it is worth investing a little more to enjoy the experience with more comfort. But passing from 3 points to the 2 and 1 path, the journey became very tired, because it was urban perimeter and the speed drops to 20km/h, this part for my wife weighed a lot.

Beautiful landscape - Pickup was half an hour late without any information about the delay. Transportation to the train station was smooth. The guide told the story of what we saw on the trip. I was supposed to have a wagon for English speakers, but here it was mostly in Portuguese. Amazing landscape and lush mountains. Recommended

Monotonous train to a city without attractions that is Morretes. - Unfortunately the train is very old and the 4-hour journey turns into torture. I do not recommend. The staff are good, serve a snack, try to entertain but the feeling is anguish. I had bad luck with the cloudy weather too.

It's not worth it - Frustrating, the trip lasted 4 hours, very expensive and slow. It's not worth it. We're in 4, I paid R$ 2,500. At sight even is beautiful, but not worth it

A TORTURE - do not recommend the guide "Master China" - Imagine taking your entire family to Curitiba to celebrate their birthday, paying expensive for the famous train ride and, in the end, realizing you put them in torture for four uninterrupted hours. Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened to me. I took 15 people — including an elderly, a baby and a few children — on a walk that seemed familiar. However, we had the misfortune of being in the wagon accompanied by the guide known as “Master China”, whose driving was totally inappropriate to the profile of our group. During the entire trip, the guide spoke in a very high volume on the microphone (without exaggeration, from beginning to end), telling stories of the region with a focus on disturbing details such as deaths, decomposing bodies and crimes. I understand that each region has difficult aspects in its history, but the excess of macabre information and the sensational tone completely discouraged the proposal of a tourist and family tour. We polently asked that the volume be reduced, as the baby was crying and many adults (including me) already felt stunned. The answer was, "I'm speaking loud because you're not paying attention." Even after requesting support from other team members, nothing was resolved. There was not a minute of silence. The sound remained loud, and this completely compromised the experience — it was impossible, for example, to record videos of the landscapes without hearing the background guide shouting “PHOTO, PHOTO, PHOTO!”. We couldn't hear each other without yelling. At the end of the tour, the relief from leaving that environment was general. The guide also ended with a speech about his 20 years of profession, as if it justified the inconvenience. We were so stressed that we couldn’t even enjoy the rest of the day. I want to make it clear that I'm not the kind of person who makes public complaints. On the contrary, my family is quite calm and rarely bothered with downtime. This report is only being published almost a year later precisely for this reason. However, with my birthday approaching again, I realized that it is not fair for other people to have their day ruined without knowing this information. Note: To the guide in question, a respectful suggestion — seek an otorinolaringologist and assess your hearing. It can be useful to better adjust the volume of your driving.
