When making a reservation:
There are various options available, depending on the destination, meeting time, and maximum accommodation.
Operation Time: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. every hour
(only to Kansai Airport: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.)
Maximum Accommodation:
1-4 guests; 4 guests + 6 suitcases / 5-8 guests; 8 guests + 10 suitcases
Please ensure you select the most suitable option. Please remember to include the address or hotel’s name of your destination.

When boarding the vehicle:
The driver will arrive at the meeting location with a name board 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
If the driver cannot locate you, they will contact you via WhatsApp or text message. Please ensure your smartphone is accessible.

When exiting the vehicle:
Please check for any belongings left in the vehicle, especially your smartphone and purse. If you leave something behind, contact the driver immediately. If you have already departed from Japan, we will send it to your next destination via cash on delivery (a minimum of two days is required).

In Japan, securing a free van or mini-bus type vehicle at the last minute can be quite challenging. During peak times, you might have to wait up to 2 hours. A sedan taxi typically accommodates 3 passengers and 2-3 suitcases at most. Therefore, booking the appropriate vehicle in advance is essential.

Additionally, in Japan, we are a formal transfer company managing licensed vehicles. However, there are instances where groups dispatch unlicensed cars illegally. Booking these vehicles could lead to significant issues.

We guarantee a comfortable transfer experience.

• We welcome manual wheelchair, but not electric one because of accommodation reason.
