Making a Reservation

A variety of options are available, depending on the destination, meeting time, and maximum capacity.

Operating Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., with departures every hour
(For Kansai Airport only: 5:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)

Maximum Capacity:

• 1–4 guests: 4 guests + 6 suitcases
• 5–8 guests: 8 guests + 10 suitcases

Please be sure to select the most suitable option. Please remember to include the address or hotel name of the destination.

Boarding the Vehicle

The driver will arrive at the meeting point with a name board 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. If the driver is unable to locate the guest, they will reach out via WhatsApp or text message, so guests are kindly asked to keep their smartphones available.

Alighting the Vehicle

Guests are encouraged to check that no belongings have been left behind, especially smartphones and purses. If something is left behind, please contact the driver as soon as possible. As long as the guest has not yet departed from Japan, the item can be sent to the next destination by cash on delivery (a minimum of two days’ notice is required).

In Japan, securing a free van or mini bus type vehicle at the last minute can be quite challenging. During peak times, you might experience a wait of up to 2 hours. A sedan taxi typically accommodates 3 passengers and 2-3 suitcases at most. Therefore, booking the appropriate vehicle in advance is essential.
Additionally, in Japan, we are a formal transfer company managing licensed vehicles. However, there are instances where groups dispatch unlicensed cars illegally. Booking these vehicles could lead to significant issues.
We guarantee a comfortable transfer experience.

• We welcome manual wheelchair, but not electric one because of accommodation reason.
• Child seat is available on request base.
