• The Joy Spence Appleton Estate Rum Experience - Enjoy a guided 2-hour tour of the estate, starting with a short film about the rum-making process featuring Joy Spence, the only female master blender. Then, step outside to explore various stations that transport you back in time to witness the historical process, while sampling sugarcane by-products. Next, take a brief walk through the factory, visit the aging house, and enjoy the tasting room where you can sample three different rums. Conclude the tour at the gift shop, where you can purchase rums and other souvenirs.

• YS Falls - Discover one of Jamaica’s hidden gems, the YS Waterfalls, for an intimate encounter with nature. The 1-hour tour begins with a short ride in an open-air bus or jitney across open fields, passing cattle, horses with their young, ancient trees, and abundant flora and fauna, leading to the stunning grounds of the falls and park.

Embark on a guided tour of this 7-tiered waterfall and relish the fresh river water. Enjoy a rope swing, jump from a platform above, or simply find a spot to swim or relax in the water. Zipline activities are also available (not included in the cost).
