This was a wonderful team building event, all of our participants had a great time! We hope to do it again soon.
The setting was a bit dingy and old. The clues were challenging and overall we had a decent time.
I had a blast doing it! It was very fun and organized:) the only problem we had was finding the location, google maps took us to the wrong place! :)
Was very fun and exciting. I love a challenge and we definitely got challenged with only 2 of us doing the escape. Usually they expect 6 people and I see why. Great put together though.
We were quite satisfied and thought it was fun!
We had a wonderful time at Prism Escape! We were very pleased with our experience. The clues were challenging, but understandable. We went for a team building experience, and that is exactly what we received. Thank you!
Very challenging and great puzzles. It was not easy, but that was cool because we didn’t want the solutions to be obvious. Will definitely go back and attempt to beat it!
Doing an awesome job...looking forward to future visits!
Our group had a great time d spite failing to escape.
OK, the lady running the room could use more personality, but overall, the experience was great. My family really enjoyed the escape room. It was not fancy, just basic logic puzzles. The puzzles were good and a fun time was had by everyone. My suggestion for improvement would be for the facilitator to understand that even though it was her 100th time doing the intro, it is probably your guests very first time. A small bit of enthusiasm and energy goes a long way to helping produce a satisfactory experience for your guests.
Fun and challenging.
The instructions weren't very clear and it was hard to find. But once we figured out what we were doing, we had a great time.
I did this for my teen son's birthday. He says it was the best birthday ever! He and his friends are excited fir the halloween room coming soon. Well worth the money spent. THANK YOU, Prism!
We had a very good experience. Krista was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. This was our first escape room experience so it's hard to compare to others. Would go again.
Excellent people. Had a little problem with a safe. We will return.
It was much harder then I thought it would be. It really makes you use your noggin!!
We had a good time, one adult and four teens. We didn't escape but did solve most puzzles. It was the first escape room for all of us and we learned how to approach it better next time.
It was fun to do with the family but the handwriting on the clues Was very hard to read.
This was our first time and we both agreed it was fun and something we plan on doing again.
This is my first escape room that I've tried, but I really enjoyed the experience! Some of puzzles were really hard to solve, but they gave you walkie-talkies and were able to give you hints while we were locked up. The staff was very friendly and funny too. When we weren't able to escape, they made police siren sounds as they unlocked the door. I know that seems cheesy, but I appreciated it. I would highly recommend this place because they're cheaper than the other places and they have other objectives besides just escaping. It's a great team building exercise for sure!
