- Calle Pedro Mora - Explore the waters of Rica with our ISA & Lifeguard certified instructors, who are enthusiastic locals with a wealth of ocean expertise. Each session starts with beach exercises focusing on the basics of surfing, with a strong emphasis on safety. Following the introduction, participants will be provided with a surfboard and rash guard if necessary.
The lesson is structured into three parts. The first part involves beach exercises, where essential paddling and popping up techniques are taught. The second part takes participants into shoulder-deep water, where they will practice these techniques under the guidance of their instructor, experiencing the excitement of their first ride.
After a break with complimentary refreshments, the final part will be tailored to the participant’s skill level. Depending on their progress, the instructor may assist them in practicing closer to shore or guide them to catch a wave in deeper water.
