We had a great time learning about the history and hauntings.. Thanks for having us.
It is understood that at each different event there could be a different investigators as well as the possibility of limited or no activity from the Paranormal Staff. It appeared that the two investigators had limited tools to use. It would seem to me that if someone had been doing this for over 8 years that they would be familiar with the equipment used and/or purchased. It might be possible that starting at 9:00 pm may be "early" as most often it has been told that the best time to begin is midnight and what is termed as the "witching hour" is generally around 3:00 am. The entire process was complete well before 3:00 am, if it is true perhaps something should be done during that time. It also may be helpful if there is some structure to the visit set by the hosts. As guests, we were told it was our night and that it would be our decision as to where we would like to focus our attention. There should be more than one method used in each location, if a location seems to be a "hot spot" in the past or even on the night of the event, it should be re-investigated. Starting at 9:00 pm caused some issues with hearing the amphitheater down the way as well as local traffic etc. Otherwise, it was a beautiful night and a pleasant experience....it may be helpful to have hosts utilize the docents on the property as experts for the site. Thankfully we had two who shared stories with us as we traveled around.
