- The Temple of Artemis - The Temple of Artemis, also known as the Temple of Diana, was a Greek temple dedicated to the goddess Artemis. Located in Ephesus, it was one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
- Meryemana (The Virgin Mary’s House) - The House of the Virgin Mary is believed by many to be the place where Mary, the mother of Jesus, spent her final years.
- Isa Bey Mosque - Constructed between 1374 and 1375, the Isa Bey Mosque is one of the oldest and most remarkable examples of architectural art from the Anatolian Beyliks.
- Brothel - A peristyle house at the corner of Curetes Street and the Marble Road is identified as a brothel due to the discovery of a statue of Priapus with an oversized phallus during excavations. This statue is now exhibited in the Ephesus Museum.
The building dates back to the reign of Trajan (98-117 A.D.). It features two entrances, one from Marble Road and another from Curetes Street. The first floor has a hall, while the second floor contains several small rooms. On the west side, there is a reception area with floor mosaics symbolizing the four seasons. Adjacent to it is the house’s bath, featuring an elliptical pool. The pool’s floor mosaic depicts three women eating and drinking, a waitress standing, and a mouse and a cat nibbling crumbs.
- Arcadian Way - This street lies between the Harbour Baths and the Ephesus Great Theatre. Traders and sailors arriving from the port would first encounter this street, which was designed to be magnificent with marble slabs and colonnades. Originally constructed in the Hellenistic Period, it was restored during Emperor Arcadius’s reign (395-408 AD), from whom it derives its current name.
- Temple of Domitian - Built in a pro-style plan, the temple featured eight columns on the short side, thirteen on the long side, and four additional columns in front of the cella. On the northern side, there was a U-shaped altar, now displayed in the Izmir Museum.
During Domitian’s reign, an emperor first granted permission to build an Emperor Temple, allowing the city to become a ‘neocoros,’ a significant honor.
