Best Tour Experience of Mexico. - Excellent! Staff was knowledgeable, warm, and informed. They anticipated our every needs and were able to adjust and adapt to spur of the moment requests. Special needs - wheelchair and dietary- were accommodated with care, patience, and understanding. Easy pickup and drop off from the airport. Tours of Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo and ancient digs allowed for a true appreciation of the history, food, and culinary delights.

Fun and interesting day trip from Zihuatanejo. - Great day with our guide FABIAN! Picked us up right on time and took us to the archeological site where we were met by a local guise from the site. Had a nice lunch at the market and headed back to town.

Fantastic Archeological Tour with the Exceptional Fabian! - My wife and I had a truly fantastic experience with Ketavi Tour in Zihuatanejo. We took the archeological trip and were picked up from our hotel and dropped back. We learned so much, and the entire day was insightful and enjoyable. Our guide, Fabian, was absolutely phenomenal. He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail, patiently answering all of our questions. He genuinely went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable throughout the entire trip. We stopped on the way for some local coffee and vanilla. A highlight of Fabian's exceptional service was how attentive he was to our dietary needs. He made sure my wife, who is vegetarian, received a wonderful vegetarian meal. Speaking of which, the food provided on the trip was fantastic! Recommend to carry some cash for tipping along the way. Thank you, Ketavi Tour and especially Fabian, for an unforgettable and comfortable journey. Highly recommended!

Archaeological Tour - Museum plus 2 sites! - Tour guides were very friendly, conversational, helpful with lots of local knowledge about history, horticulture, and the archaeological ruins. We stopped by a local coffee shop about halfway there, watched their roasting process, and purchased local coffee. Afterwards, we went to the museum and got the background of the archaeological sites before traveling there. Really amazing to have the combo experience of the museum and view 2 sites. The Zihua history is truly a story to be told. Thanks for a great tour!

An excellent guide and driver in Zihuatanejo! - A friend and I recently returned from a glorious 9-day trip to Zihuatanejo. I want to especially mention our wonderful guide and driver for many destinations. His name is Paco and he owns PACO'S ADVENTURES. He can be reached at +52 755-102-1711. He took us to the nearby archeological ruins and drove us to a 30-mile private beach that serves as a turtle nesting habitat. We were able to release about 40 baby turtles. It was a wonderful morning and Paco was able to tell us about the cycle of life of these creatures. He was born and raised in Zihua and was a wonderful companion for our many excursions. I recommend him highly. Carlota in Santa Fe, NM.

Super Cool Time! Always Recommend to Friends - Great tour! Fabian was an awesome person to hang out with for an afternoon! Only about 30mins south of the airport (with stop at a coffee shop on the way). Learned a lot about the ancestors of the area and saw pyramids that were built thousands of years ago. Toured a museum with artifacts found in the area as well- super cool! On the way back we stopped at a market and had some authentic Mexican cuisine. Absolutely amazing time would recommend to all of my friends visiting the area. Will also be booking additional tours in the future!

Tour of discovery. - We had an interesting trip giving us a chance to understand more about local culture and history as well as understanding how trading in ancient times contributed to technological development. We had a very good guide for the visit to the pyramids who explained how his family members had come across some really important archaeological finds. It was also nice to be able to call in at a ‘proper’ coffee shop, visit a local village and finally visit the coco museum. Lunch was great with plenty of options offered and we all fell in love with the watermelon drink! The ladies there are good cooks xx. Orion kept us well informed as we were driven to each place and Benjamin was a very comfortable driver

They Forgot about Me - I had a solo tour. Not sure why except it was the start of the down season. My guide forgot about it. I waited 40 minutes past the pickup time and had my hotel call them. They sent a cab 40 minutes later. Clearly I was forgotten. The cab driver had to stop for breakfast and gas. He was the highlight of the tour. A very nice guy. The tour guide was in a hammock when we arrived at the museum. At the museum he demanded a 20 peso fee to enter. I didn’t have notice of that or change for that and he gave me the stink eye. He then took me through the museum and explained the exhibits. Would have been better off with Google Translate as I could not understand him. He was sarcastic and brash and insisted that all Lunar missions had been faked, including the most recent one. It was not a good experience, except for the wonderful driver who shared his life and experiences with me.

Trip advisor not so good at resolving issues - While the tour we got was good, don't do it on a Monday as the museum is closed for maintenance on Mondays it appears. Then we paid for a 3 stop tour and only got the archaeological part of it and not the other 2 stops. Don't want to put a negative on our tour or the guide as they were fine, but after the fact, trying to get trip advisor to adjust our payment to the price of the tour that we actually received has not been a fun experience. Not sure I will use trip advisor again as now I am starting the payment dispute on my credit card as they are in no hurry to resolve the issue.
