• Colosseum - Timing includes pick-up and drop-off.
  The driver will arrive at the hotel at the designated time to pick up guests in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. After a brief drive through the historic streets of Rome, guests will arrive at the Colosseum, where they will meet their knowledgeable guide.

The Colosseum, also known as the Flavian Amphitheatre, is the largest ancient amphitheater and a symbol of Imperial Rome. Constructed between 70 and 80 AD, it hosted gladiatorial contests, animal hunts, and executions, accommodating 50,000 to 80,000 spectators based on social rank. Made of travertine limestone, this four-story elliptical structure features a complex system of vaults and arches.

• Roman Forum - The guide will provide a detailed account of the Roman Forum’s exterior, highlighting the impressive remains visible from the outside. The Colosseum tickets grant access to the Roman Forum within 24 hours; please inquire with the guide. After this Ancient Rome tour, guests will have a comprehensive understanding of Ancient Roman life.
• Trevi Fountain - Not included in the MINI WOW Tour.
  Guests will begin a guided tour with the Trevi Fountain, a hidden masterpiece, and perhaps the most spectacular fountain in Rome. Built at the end of one of the famed aqueducts that supplied the Roman Empire with water, this iconic setting attracts many visitors. Tossing a coin into its waters ensures a safe return to Rome at some point in the future.
• Pantheon - Not included in the MINI WOW Tour. A true masterpiece to admire on a tour of Rome: The Pantheon. Immaculately preserved and seemingly only a few centuries old, it’s hard to believe the structure was completed in AD 128 by Emperor Hadrian. In the square in front - a gathering place for locals – discover a decorative 16th-century fountain sitting beneath the Egyptian obelisk. Kindly note that the line may be too long due to the metal detector, and the visit is from outside.
• Piazza Navona - Not included in the MINI WOW Tour. A true masterpiece to admire on a tour of Rome: The Pantheon. As they stand and admire the Church of Trinità dei Monti, located at the top of the famous staircase, they will see the Fontana della Barcaccia at its base. They might wonder how this impressive structure was ever completed.
• Vatican Museums - Guests will enter the Vatican Museums, overflowing with masterpieces by many of Italy’s most important artists, alongside significant works from Ancient Greece, Rome, and Egypt. They will walk through famous galleries, such as the tapestries and maps. They will learn the secrets of the Sistine Chapel, with its enormous Michelangelo frescoes. Here, they will have time to observe the details of his sublime “Last Judgment.”
• Sistine Chapel - The guide will bring guests directly from the Sistine Chapel into St. Peter’s Basilica’s courtyard. The guide will optimize their time by explaining all the features outside. Guests can take pictures (without a flash) in a peaceful atmosphere while the guide waits outside. It is the world’s largest church, home to Michelangelo’s “Pietà” and other highlights.
• St. Peter’s Basilica - Just before concluding the tour of the Vatican, guests will enjoy the curved colonnades of St. Peter’s Square before a brief sighting of the Pope’s Balcony. Here’s our SUNDAY (and religious holidays) SPECIAL: We’ve developed a unique Sunday program in response to our Wow Tour’s popularity when the Vatican is shut. Together with your guide and driver, you’ll uncover St. Peter’s Square, the area of Castel Sant’ Angelo, and other incredible sites like Capitoline hill; offering magnificent views over the Forum!

• LIMITED MOBILITY Ancient Rome area and Vatican Museums visits involve SIGNIFICANT WALKING. At the colosseum, the elevator is at disposal for this purpose. The Roman Forum and Palatine surfaces are uneven, but a considerable portion of the area has wheelchair paths. Please note that the pathway from the Sistine Chapel to St Peter’s Basilica has 50 steps downwards and is not wheelchair accessible. The tour can continue to the Basilica only if all members of your private group can walk down the stairs, but, for safety reasons, it is not possible to carry wheelchairs and walkers down the stairs. If your private group includes participants with reduced mobility, we can still bring you to the Basilica, going back to the Museum’s entrance and reaching it from the outside with the car. Although there is a dedicated pathway for wheelchairs, please be aware that there may be a queue to enter the Basilica. Also, note that other participants in your group will have to take charge of pushing the wheelchair.
• VATICAN IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS (and religious holidays). Due to the Wow Tour’s high request, we designed a Sunday experience when the Vatican is closed. With your guide, and your driver you will explore St. Peter’s Square, Castel Sant’ Angelo area and other marvelous sites like the Aventine hill; from its top, you enjoy spectacular views over the city. As an alternative we will prospose other museums or arcaeological sites!
• STROLLERS: We suggest avoiding strollers and using a baby sling instead. Like wheelchairs and walkers, strollers are not allowed in the passage from the Sistine Chape directly to the Basilica ( 50 steps downward and 50 upwards). Your private tour will end without the Basilica visit. The options with the car at your disposal ( All_Inclusive and Shore Excursion), help us organize the Basilica visit, reaching it by car. The Roman Forum and Palatine surfaces are uneven, but a considerable portion of the area has stroller paths.
• Option 1 - SHORE EXCURSION FROM ROME (CIVITAVECCHIA PORT) 10 hours: this option includes pick up and drop off at the dock of your ship. It also includes the car at disposal during the tour. Nevertheless, transfers are scheduled according to entrance time tickets; if you need to anticipate or postpone a transfer, our staff will do their best to meet your needs.Please note that the Colosseum ticket includes Roman Forum and Palatine that you can enter autonomously you you have spare timebefore going back to the port. The guide will explain it from the outside.
• Option 2 - Mini WOW Tour - 4,5 hours: It is designed for those who are interested in the Colosseum and Vatican Visit and not in the tour of ther squares which is not included in this option.This tour has no car at diposal while you are inside the Vatican and the Colosseum. Nevertheless it icludes pick-up and intermediate transfers. No lunch and no drop off included. Please note that the Colosseum ticket includes Roman Forum and Palatine that you can enter autonomously within 24 hours. The guide will explain it from the outside
• Option 3 - WOW Tour - 7,5 hours: This tour has the car at disposal for the whole time. Nevertheless, transfers are scheduled according to entrance time tickets; if you need to anticipate or postpone a transfer, our staff will do their best to meet your needs. Please note that the Colosseum ticket includes Roman Forum and Palatine that you can enter autonomously within 24 hours. The guide will explain it from the outside
• ST. PETER’S BASILICA TICKETS: Please note that the Basilica stops selling skip-the-line tickets 3 days before the date. Therefore, you will not be able to skip the line directly from the Sistine Chapel to the Basilica. Nevertheless, if the lines are reasonable, the guide will be happy to get you in. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, which goes beyond our control. Instead of the Basilica tickets, according to availability, we will buy you skip-the-line tickets to the Pantheon, trusting that you will be pleased.
