Truly Memorable - Traveling with Seniors is already a logistics challenge, but we were able to make it work. Everyone agreed that this was a very memorable day, thanks to Maria's careful explanation, planning, and even pivoting. We were not just able to attend the mass with the Pope, we had maybe the best seats we could get, plus we also had the chance to attend the Angelus.

Excellent visit to the Vatican - Enjoyed the mass on Jan 1. Guide Luisa was very helpful and explained the process of going in and out, mass rules, going to the restrooms. She translated for us the Italian mass. It was a treat to see the pope up close as she guided us to the best seats. Loved the experience and recommend it.

Unforgettable experience - I requested the tickets in July for the New Year mass at The Vatican. Around the second week of December, I received a confirmation email from The Vatican office with instructions on how to retrieve our tickets at the Vatican. We arrived around 2:30pm on New Year eve, there was a long line already, Mass was scheduled to start at 5pm. At 3pm they started to let us in, the process was a bit chaotic. Mass started at 5pm, it lasted about an hour. It was simply beautiful. The choir was angelical. At the end of the mass, the Pope took the time to randomly give blessings, sign books, and give chocolates to some children, my child included. It was a very special moment for our entire family.
