The vineyards cover 950 hectares, ranging from 300 to 900 meters above sea level. Even today, the harvest is done manually, and the wine produced is a testament to the dedication and passion for this challenging terroir.

Wines are perfectly paired with local cheese and the renowned Bresaola, a dried beef specialty of the region, along with Pizzocheri, a type of homemade Tagliatelle made with black corn and alpine cheese, dressed with mountain butter and garlic.
