Visit to Saline Culcasi - I recommend this experience especially if accompanied by a guide. With the guide you can learn the processes of salting and The history that accompanies us from the Phoenicians to today.

Nice total experience of the salt pans. - Alberto Culcasi bought the property when it was actually badly damaged by a flood. Since then, he has restored optimum salt production and built up the museum, trattoria and relays over the years. It is also nice, as we did, to visit these salt pans and the museum, stay overnight and eat in the trattoria.
