Great day in Tuscany - Alex went above and beyond to make this day amazing! He paid for the bathrooms, had cookies and his restaurant that he set up for us was just perfect! I’d highly recommend using Alex without a question!

Rome country day! - We had the most amazing day with Alex Paolini today. We have used Best Rome Driver multiple times and have so many amazing adventures. He had so much knowledge along the way and took us to some of the most spectacular spots. Always attentive to needs, weather, spots to eat, even payed for our potty break! We will see you next year Alex!

Very relaxing day - Excellent experienced driver who knew the area well. He was very friendly and flexible when we adjusted our end time. The cities of Pienza and Montepulcino were beautiful with friendly people. It was a very relaxing change from the hustle and bustle of Rome.

Great getaway from the crowds in Rome! - Prompt, great input and suggestions. Such a wonderful village to visit-definitely great picture taking! Our guide Alex spoke English and came prepared with water.

Wonderful Private Tour to Montepulciano & Pienza - We had a fantastic private tour of Montepulciano and Pienza! Our driver, Guliano, was excellent—professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the region. The towns themselves were absolutely charming, with stunning views and rich history. While wine tasting wasn't included, as this is a private transfer, not a formal tour, the company went above and beyond by kindly arranging a reservation for us at a local winery, which made the experience even more special. It was the perfect mix of sightseeing, local culture, and relaxation. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to explore the beauty of Tuscany!

Easy, lovely trip from Rome to Tuscany - It was a pleasure to take a day trip to Tuscany from Rome with our kind and helpful driver, Alex Paolini. He showed up right on time, was very communicative, and even helped us with ordering in Italian. He made sure all our stops were at delicious restaurants and clean restrooms. We loved the winery he recommended in Montepulciano and the restaurant Giulia recommended near Pienza. Would highly recommend. Oh, and the car was clean and comfy!

Advertised incorrectly - This experience was advertised incorrectly. It stated we would have a guided tour in a vineyard with wine tasting and this never happened.
While our driver was a nice guy all he did was drive us to two towns and back to our starting point. This was very disappointing and misleading. I will be requesting a refund for false advertising and a waste of our day in what should have been a beautiful day wine tasting in Tuscany.
