Excellent tour - It is a long day - first stop is after the Como boat trip.Como boat trip is amazing. Guide we had was excellent and very informative.
Scenery is breathtaking - it’s a long day but worth it - St Moritz is like a manicured garden - the town itself is nothing special. The journey on the Bernina express is incredible- especially in snow!

Packed day but so worth it - This is a long day but wow, the time at Lake Como and St Moritz were both fantastic. The train journey is spectacular! Be aware if travelling on a Sunday a lot of shops in St Moritz were closed but we managed some chocolate and souvenirs along with a quick drink stop, plus side the traffic out and into Milan was swifter than we expected . Our guide was really knowledgeable and kept us on time. All in all an excellent trip, could not have done this independently.
Slight down side no toilet on the bus and no refreshment trolly on the train but we had prepared for both of these situations!

Dress with layers - Katia was our guide. She was great. Was able to answer questions or help if we needed something. The tour was lovely. Lots of beautiful scenery. My suggestion is to wear layers as the train ride can be cold. Many people will have the windows open for the entire journey. Lake Como has beautiful scenery. After Lake Como we boarded the bus for the journey to St. Moritz through high mountain roads with many hairpin turns and snowy mountains and glaciers. I would recommend this tour.

Very good experience and... - Very good experience and the train ride was very fun and scenic was spectacular. It was snowing when we were on the train too which made the experience even greater.
The bus ride return back was very long (2.5 hours non stop) and the bus was fully packed with people. It would be nice if the guide can arrange seats for families or couples on the bus ride and train ride as I have seen some couples have to sit separately on the long bus ride and train ride. Luckily we arrived earlier so we could sit together in the coach, otherwise we all had to sit separately.

deception and sliding from the station to the side m have you seen.... - A fan of Saint Moritz for many years , we loved this city with its charm and its different magical places like the 2 palaces and its chocolate maker. But this town has become a Bling Bling place, a place where the pleasure of flaming has disappeared , That luxury shops and prices notably at this famous chocolate maker Hanselamnn too high to taste and a service one of the worst we have experienced, a palace the badrupt where you can no longer access just to take two cups, . fortunately the Kulm allows to see and appreciate a beautiful place with a top service
but generally very disappointed by the Bling bling of the station

Guide of the tour Mrs.... - Guide of the tour Mrs. Magela was not frlendly and her English was not clear and fluent, she speaks with an Italian accent so we have difficulties about understanding. I think the leisure time for Como was so short, we had no time for taking pictures and consequently nowhere recommended for buying souvenirs accept Swiss chocolate shop in saint Moritz. We hope to buy magnets for our collection but we couldn’t.

The scenery was beautiful... - The scenery was beautiful and the tour itself had great potential, but the guide, Maurizzio, ruined the experience.
We arrived early so my 77-year-old mother, who gets motion sickness, could sit in the front row. The second driver, who was seated in the front row behind the main driver, agreed. However, Maurizzio, the tour guide, shouted "no" from outside the bus. When I tried speaking with him, he dismissed me and treated me as if I were ignorant and had never traveled, insisting the front row could not be used for "safety" reasons. I have traveled the world and never encountered this. He then took the right-side front row for himself to stretch out, even dozing off at times, while my mother was forced to sit in the second row and feel uncomfortable for no valid reason.
The destinations were wonderful, but the guide's rude behavior, lack of empathy, and unprofessionalism overshadowed the day.

Unaccommodating and Rude – Do Not Book This Tour!!! - Do not book with this vendor. They are rude and unaccommodating. Our taxi was stuck in traffic for 20 minutes, and we arrived just six minutes late. Despite explaining the extenuating circumstances, they refused to wait or offer any refund.
We understand there are schedules to keep, but their rude behavior, refusal to let us join the tour on our own in Lake Como, and unwillingness to reschedule us for another day show a complete lack of customer service.
This vendor is inflexible and greedy. Save yourself the frustration — choose a different Bernina Train and Lake Como tour.
