The session begins with crafting a creamy, traditional tiramisu, allowing it to set while we continue cooking. You’ll then learn to create homemade pasta from scratch, including filled varieties like ravioli or tortelloni. Depending on the season, we might enhance the dough with natural colors from ingredients such as spinach or beetroot.
You’ll prepare two sauces using fresh, local ingredients — and then savor everything you’ve made with wine, soft drinks, espresso, and even a taste of grappa!

Highlight experience with a lovely teacher - We did a number of excellent tours and experiences in Italy, but this cooking class was an absolute highlight.
Rossana was a patient and warm teacher who made the whole process enjoyable and educational. Even my partner who doesn't really cook loved the experience and became more confident through the class. We were also lucky enough to have the class to ourselves on that particular day, so it was a relaxed, enjoyable evening.
Rossana also gave us suggestions on foods and restaurants to eat at in Mestre/Venice during our stay and was altogether wonderful company.

Fantastic time - We had such an incredible time at this cooking class! From start to finish, it was the perfect mix of fun, learning, and delicious food. The setting was warm and welcoming, and everything was organized beautifully — from the fresh local ingredients to the flow of each recipe. It was one of those experiences that made us feel completely immersed in Italy — laughing, cooking, tasting, and enjoying every moment.

Wonderful Evening Pasta Making class ! - We had a wonderful class with Rossanna making homemade tiramisu and fresh pasta. Her cooking class space is absolutely spectacular, and she went above and beyond with personalized appetizers and menu options. Every detail made the experience unforgettable!” Traveling with a co-worker, we found this class so convenient since it’s located right in Maestra. We were able to spend a full day exploring Venice the Island and then enjoy Rossanna’s cooking class starting at 6 p.m. The timing, the setting, and the food made it an unforgettable experience!”

We had a great evening... - We had a great evening making pasta and tiramisu with Rossana! It was so much delicious food and a great way to wrap up a 3 week vacation when we were tired of eating out and craving a great home cooked meal. She went above and beyond to be a great host in her beautiful apartment— we absolutely would love to take a class with her again on our next visit!

Highly recommend - This was a wonderful experience with the family and our local friends, whom had not done something like this before. We spent an evening making pastas and tiramisu together, drinking wine, laughing and making memories- because Food unites. We enjoyed the fruits of our labor afterwards with a delicious meal. Our host, Rosanna, was very personable, accommodating and welcoming. I highly, highly recommend booking this experience plus I get to go home and practice my pasta making new knowledge now. This cooking class with Rosanna was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to Italy! My family and I had the absolute pleasure of learning how to make fresh pasta, gnocchi, and tiramisu—all from scratch—with Rosanna guiding us every step of the way.
She was warm, knowledgeable, and so passionate about Italian cooking. Rosanna shared not just her recipes, but also her secret techniques and personal tips to help us perfect each dish. We sipped authentic Italian white and red wine throughout the experience, which made it even more enjoyable and relaxing.
After the hands-on cooking, we sat down and dined on the delicious meal we had prepared together—every bite was amazing! Rosanna also treated us to additional homemade delicacies that truly showcased her culinary talent.
If you’re looking for a fun, hands-on, and truly authentic culinary experience while in Italy, don’t miss this class. Rosanna made us feel like family, and we left with full stomachs, new skills, and unforgettable memories. Highly recommend!

An exceptional night of cooking! - What a wonderful night! My husband, brother-in-law and sister-in-law spent the evening learning how to cook pasta, fish, meatballs and tiramisu. Rosseta was a phenomenal host and we got to know her, her love of cooking and family and we went home with all the recipes. It was an experience we are still talking about and will be for a long time. A must if you are in Venice!
