The experience begins with a stroll through the Local Food Market (included only on morning tours, excluding Sundays and public holidays), one of the city’s most vibrant locations. With the chef by your side, learn how to select the finest ingredients, just like a local.

Next, it’s time to put on aprons and start cooking. During the class, the chef will guide participants step by step, sharing techniques and culinary insights that transform each preparation into a story of flavor and culture. At the end, enjoy the dishes prepared, served with a selection of Italian wines.
