This was by far the best... - This was by far the best experience I have every had on all of my travels. Letizia, Gloria and Carmela were so charming and funny, and made the experience so much fun. The pasta making was the highlight. Getting sent the recipes was a nice surprise! The wine tour was also fantastic. It is such a beautiful winery and the wine is excellent. The countryside and the company made this so much better than we ever expected.

Pasta, Wine, Gelato… and Amazing Memories! 🍝🍷 - What an AMAZING experience! We came for the wine, pasta, and gelato… and left with full stomachs, big smiles, and a new appreciation for homemade pasta 😄 My husband was a little stressed about the pasta-making at first, but Costanza and Christopher were so patient, kind, and helpful that by the end, he was completely into it. They made everything feel easy, relaxed, and fun from the start. The chefs deserve a special mention because they were absolutely hilarious and so adorable — the kind of people who instantly make you feel at home. The whole experience felt like cooking in a big Italian family kitchen: laughing, drinking wine, sharing stories, meeting lovely people, and eating way too much delicious food (zero regrets). And honestly? Sitting down to eat the pasta we made ourselves was such a proud moment. Somehow it tastes 10 times better when you made it with your own hands! We were both sitting there like, “Wow… we actually made this?!” 😄 Truly one of the highlights of our trip — warm, fun, delicious, and full of great memories. Would 100% recommend! And a special thank you for the lovely surprise at the end 😉 — such a thoughtful touch and something we really appreciated ❤️

A Tuscan experience you will love - a great tour! - A great way to explore some of Tuscany outside confines of Florence. New skills learned from friendly knowledgeable local hosts with decades of traditional, practical hands-on experience in pasta prep. Thrill from then doing it yourself. Cris (trained chef) was most personable imparting helpful tips backed by practical demonstration. Food & wine … gorgeous! Visit after to beautiful heritage Tuscan winery specialising in Chianti Classico Sangiovese tastings, added to make a perfect day.

Exceptional cooking experience in beautiful setting! - The cooking pasta and gelato class was outstanding! The guides and hosts are truly perfection! My entire family (ages 22 to 56) loved the entire cooking experience! And surprisingly it was delicious!!The wine tour although interesting lacked the personality and level of excitement that we had experienced all day. Highly recommend the first part of our experience!!!

The most meaningful family experience of our entire Italy trip - If you are visiting Florence and only have time for one experience, do this cooking class. Truly one of the most memorable parts of our family’s trip to Italy. From the moment we met at the train station at 10 AM, everything was organized and easy. The drive through the Tuscan countryside was absolutely beautiful, and we loved hearing about the history of the Chianti region along the way. The kitchen itself was bright, airy, welcoming, and instantly felt like home. Our guides were incredible. Letizia was warm, funny, energetic, and so organized, keeping the entire day flowing smoothly while making everyone feel comfortable and included. The real magic though was Nana Carmela. Even with the language barrier, her warmth and joy completely transcended words. She had our whole class singing, laughing, dancing, and truly connecting over food. One of the most special moments of the day was watching my 12-year-old son get pulled right beside Nana Carmela to help hand roll pasta. She was so patient and encouraging with him, and he later told us this was his favorite experience of the entire trip. As a parent, that is a memory I will cherish forever. We made three different types of pasta completely from scratch along with fresh gelato, and then all sat down together family-style to enjoy everything we created. Even with around 27 people in the group, it somehow still felt intimate and personal. The vineyard portion afterward was beautiful and well done, but the cooking class itself is such a full and immersive experience that I would personally recommend doing the vineyard and cooking class on separate days if your schedule allows. By the time we reached the vineyard at 3:15 PM, our group was honestly exhausted from such an incredible day in the kitchen. This experience felt authentic, joyful, and deeply human. It was not just a class. It became one of the core memories of our trip to Tuscany.

Incredible Must do the pasta gelato and wine making experience - Nonna and Letizia are amazing on the pasta and gelato tour It was not only the best three pastas, sauces and gelato I ever ate but everyone is so sweet and Nonna is hysterical. Monica- Nonna’s daughter also works there and is so nice and helpful with the pasta making techniques We then continue to the winery tour with Alex who is such a gentleman and explained all about the Italian wines; we had bread with olive oil, wine tasting and got amazing pictures during the winery and off road where we stopped to take pics This is a must do tour! So happy I booked it and kept it as part of our experiences
