Next, engage in your hands-on pasta class in Florence. With guidance from a professional instructor, learn to create fresh pasta from scratch using a rolling pin and simple ingredients. Knead the dough and craft classic shapes such as ravioli, tortelli, and fettuccine.
Following the cooking class, relax and savor the pasta you prepared together in a friendly Italian-style meal. The experience also includes dessert and a wine tasting of five organic Tuscan wines from our family farm, made from traditional native grape varieties.
Entrance to the Pasta Museum and wine tasting requires a payment of €20 per person, payable on site at the end of the experience by credit card to the museum association.
