Nice pasta evening... - Fun and pleasant experience. Very entertaining cook who was good at bringing the whole table to the pastashowet. (And it was Lorenzo with the beard.. 🙂) Thanks for a good evening with lots of laughter, fun, good food and wine ad libitum...

Great activity! - Great activity to do, nice venue - learnt a bit about making pasta and the traditional Tuscan ragu. Claudio our head chef was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. There were 24 people in our room so it's not a 1 to 1 lesson. Good group banter though with the others and feel confident to make it at home. The three types of pasta go into a huge pot so you can't see exactly how yours turned out - it was actually good to get a taste of varying quality though, helps you understand why you want to roll it super thin! Wine wasn't great but it was free and lots of folk enjoyed it - the French group really tested the 'unlimited' title and they were happy :). Some more choice on the soft drinks would be good and chilling the white wine also.
