Wonderful Florence experience! - We were greeted with a glass of white wine. We toured the beautiful old Roman building and went downstairs to cook with chef Michael. We made 3 different types of pasta. Then we went back upstairs to the restaurant and chef Michael made the sauces that went with the pasta. It was delicious!

A special cooking experience in Florence - One of the best experiences we had in Florence. The setting is beautiful, but what really makes this class stand out is that it’s led by a real chef, not just a “local expert.” You can really feel the difference in the way everything is explained and taught. The class is hands-on, fun, and authentic. We left excited to try these recipes back home and can’t wait to cook them for friends and leave them speechless. Thank you Thomas, for being so patient with my endless questions 😅 Highly recommended!

A Magical (& Creative) Evening in Florence ! - Under the guidance of a true local expert, we learned the art of making fresh pasta and tiramisu with techniques passed down through generations. But the real magic was the setting itself. Kneading dough under historic frescoes and dining at a grand table on centuries-old floors transported us to another era.

Best Experience in Florence! - What a great experience! This was an amazing cooking class in Florence and our family had the best time. In this class you get to learn how to make handmade paste in an incredibly historic and beautiful building in the middle of florence. I couldn't recommend The Tour Guy any more as this was the highlight of our trip!
