Incredible, fun... - Incredible, fun experience. Would highly recommend. Staff was exceptional. We had so much fun, my husband said it was one of his favorite activities while in Italy. The sauce was the best we had during our stay, simply delicious. The owner was so pationate about cooking, it was refreshing to see a propiator care so much. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who lead the class, she made us feel like family.

This was an amazing... - This was an amazing experience all around. Our chef made the whole thing both educational and fun with a love of italian heritage. He walked us through each step, gave us the whys, and was able to help everyone form their doughs. He was so cool and had a lot if passion for teaching! We made 2 pasta shapes and part of the tiramisu. We were provided with lots of wine and a charcuterie plate too. The finished meal of our own pastas turned out great. Our 20 year old had as much fun as we did! The experience was almost 3.5 hours since we all said we were not in a hurry!! Highly recommend if you need time off from seeing sights and museums!!

I have always wanted to... - I have always wanted to do a pasta making class - but to do it in Italy was something else! We didn't just watch a demonstration we made the pasta ourselves. It was fun and entertaining - and the food turned out amazing! Highly recommend.

Fun and welcoming cooking class - A fun and welcoming evening led by the wonderful Samantha! She guided us in making two kinds of pasta and then showed us how to make tiramisu. After the restaurant cooked it and added sauce for us, we ate all of it and it was delicious. The activity was enjoyable and the people were friendly. It is good for all skill levels. I was solo and felt very included. I highly recommend this.
