Teresa, your instructor, hails from Syracuse and has been teaching cooking classes for six years. In her winter residence, just a short walk from Ortigia, she continues to share the traditional family recipes that have influenced her culinary background.
Participants will prepare three seasonal Sicilian dishes and acquire new culinary skills, such as crafting fresh pasta from scratch. Additionally, they will learn about the origins, production, and significance of local ingredients in Sicilian cuisine.
The class is held in a cozy and inviting apartment located in the city’s heart, where participants will be actively engaged in every stage of the cooking process, from dough preparation to the final touches.
The menu varies daily and can be tailored to accommodate dietary preferences (excluding gluten-free options).
