• Corso Cortemilia, 87 - This experience is divided into two main phases:
  The first phase involves a tour of the historic markets of the Langhe. With the operator’s extensive experience as a chef, participants will be guided in selecting and appreciating various local ingredients based on their seasonality.
  The second phase features a cooking class in the operator’s Alba workshop, using the ingredients purchased together. Participants will prepare a three-course lunch, during which the operator will explain the recipes and teach the techniques that make Langhe’s gastronomy unique.

This entire experience offers an opportunity to delve into the history and culture of the Langhe through its two cornerstones: cooking and food.
