Participants will engage in the preparations with direct guidance, have the opportunity to ask questions, and take notes. The experience concludes with a delightful dinner paired with exquisite Italian wine. At the end, all recipes will be provided, allowing participants to recreate the dishes at home for friends and family.

You’ll have my professional support every step of the way while maintaining a casual and enjoyable environment. Recipe cards will also be handed out to make it simple for you to recreate these dishes at home for family and friends.
Our session is set in my culinary studio, a bona fide professional kitchen.
We can accommodate special menu requests for allergies, dietary restrictions, or specific diet plans. Just mention your needs when making your reservation.

Engaging great alternative experience - We had a great time learning and cooking Italian food with chef Ilaria. We were lucky to have a private session and chef was very funny and engaging. Our meal was delicious 😋 and the wine was free flowing. Great alternative experience.

Great experience! - We had a great time cooking with a small group. The instructor was extremely engaging and knowledgeable. The food was simple yet delicious. We especially enjoyed the Gnocchi and chickpea balls. The staff even helped us get a taxi afterwards. We definitely recommend the experience.

Amazing experience - Chef Ilaria is amazing ! We were a large group and she had so much energy and passion for everyone. Recipes and dishes were delicious. Learnt a lot of tips on Italian cuisine and had a lovely time ! Loved it !

A True Taste of Italy with Alba - This class was such a highlight of our trip! We learned how to make pasta and tiramisu, enjoyed prosecco while cooking, and shared a glass of wine once the food was ready. Alba was the perfect host — patient, kind, and very clear in her explanations. She made sure everyone felt included and even captured photos of us while we cooked. The group we shared the evening with was wonderful, and it felt like we were all old friends by the end of the night. Alba also gave us local recommendations for our next destination, which made the experience feel even more personal. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Italian cooking class - so tasty! - Excellent cooking class! Fun experience cooking our own meal, learning the key steps, appreciated the emphasis on cleanliness in the kitchen. Great recipes we hope to repeat at home. Highly recommend!

Must cook with Chef Ilaria when visiting Milan - All level of cooks will enjoy this cooking class. Chef Ilaria was such a patient and gracious host. The class only had 8 students so it was a very intimate and enjoyable session. The class three hours flew by and the food we made was delicious.

As advertised, but too bland for a true foodie - The event was exactly as advertised. Small class size and everything was hands on. Authentic cooking style and pasta making but the food was bland.
I guess it caters to everyone but not tasty. The chef was friendly but taking two personal calls during the class was rude. I would not recommend this class for true foodies.
