Pasta and Tiramisu Cooking Class - Marco was an excellent teacher, very knowledgeable and overall a fun experience!

Amazing cooking class !!!! - Wow ! I am utterly impressed with the wonderful cooking experience at Como cooking class. My sister and I had a private class with Chef Marco in a gorgeous home which is also a bed and breakfast hosted by Mara. The home was absolutely stunning with cobble stone floors and natural vines cascading from the petite balcony down to the staircase. Upon entering the lovely home, you immediately feel welcomed and Marco will guide you to the beautiful kitchen where the classes take place. Everything is already prepared for guests to arrive. And there will be a moment of connection and provisions of your choice of prosecco and homemade bread to eat. Once the class begins you’ll notice everything you make will be made from scratch! (Love that about Italian culture) Chef Marco will guide you through your cooking experience with patience and much ease. His Italian charm and charisma coupled with his many years of experience will keep you engaged throughout the entire class. His teaching style fosters an environment of good understanding while you’re having fun. He will tell you “ food is a science” a with passion and patience. My sister and I were salivating at the delectable pasta and carbonara dishes that were so simple to make and yet powerful in flavor. Especially the dessert. (tiramisu). Marco will teach you alittle bit of the history of each dish and give memorable tips on how to recreate these perfect pasta dishes at home. I give this experience a 10/10. 10 stars. 😍Not only was it in gorgeous Italy —but the atmosphere, hospitality and company of Chef Marco and Mara truly exceeded my expectations. Como cooking class not to be missed - The most amazing experience ever! The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The chef and assistant gave complete instructions and followed through in email with. They served us. Food was incredible and fresh. Fresh oregano, fresh basil etc.
