In the vibrant center of Imperia Porto Maurizio, Patrizia offers a genuine hands-on cooking class, teaching participants to create Genoese focaccia, fresh pasta, and traditional mortar-made pesto.
Each session is engaging, enjoyable, and concludes with a shared meal, reminiscent of Ligurian family gatherings.
Patrizia welcomes guests in English, German, and Italian, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Genoese focaccia – crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, crafted with simple yet authentic ingredients.
Handmade fresh pasta – such as trofie, tagliatelle, or gnocchi, kneaded and shaped by participants.
Mortar-made pesto – prepared in the traditional way, using fresh basil, garlic, pine nuts, parmesan, and Ligurian olive oil.
Everyone actively participates: kneading, rolling, pounding, and cooking together.
At the end, participants sit down to enjoy the dishes they’ve prepared, perhaps with a glass of local wine.
