Guests are welcomed into a charming Ligurian garden surrounded by lush greenery in the summer, or a cozy heated outdoor area in the winter. Together, all the ingredients of genuine pesto and their significance will be explored.

With a Carrara marble mortar and an olive wood pestle, Camilla will lead participants in crafting their own pesto. By hand, they will crush and blend the ingredients to achieve the perfect color and texture.

The freshly made pesto will be savored with Genoese focaccia and trofie, along with the classic Tiramisù dessert, complemented by local wine and Italian spirits.

Participants will receive the Champion’s recipe, photos and videos of the session, and a small memento to cherish Liguria.

- Experience the use of a historic marble mortar and wooden pestle, both over 100 years old;
- Savor freshly made pesto with a delightful three-course Ligurian menu: enjoy the classic Genoese focaccia, handmade Ligurian pasta like trofie or gnocchi with freshly prepared pesto, and finish with a traditional Italian dessert, Tiramisù;
- Each dish is perfectly paired with wine from the Ligurian Riviera, along with Italian liqueurs and grappas such as limoncello, myrtle, and Camatti bitter;
- Immerse yourself in an authentic Italian setting surrounded by nature, featuring a garden in the summer and a heated outdoor area during winter.
- A maximum delay of 15 minutes is allowed. Beyond this limit, the experience will be considered as a no-show and cannot be carried out, to ensure the proper performance of subsequent classes. However, we ask you to notify us in case of delay: we will do our best to find a solution and allow you to carry out the experience, subject to the organization of the day.
