Participants will enjoy a delightful time with expert chef Fabrizio, who will guide them through the process of crafting a complete and delectable Ligurian menu by hand.
The journey begins with the appetizer, panissa, seasoned with oil, lemon, and pepper, along with three varieties of focaccia, a staple of the region: one seasoned with oil and salt, another with onions, and a third with cherry tomatoes and olives.
Next, participants will advance to the first course, learning to prepare gnocchi with Genoese pesto, a signature dish of the area. Both the gnocchi and pesto will be made fresh during the class.
For the second course, participants will create a true Ligurian treat: focaccia di Recco, filled with stracchino cheese, thin and incredibly flavorful.
To conclude, dessert will be Panera, completing the Ligurian menu. Participants can then enjoy their creations with Chef Fabrizio, sharing laughter and conversation, all accompanied by a fine glass of wine.

Chef Fabrizio has many years of experience. His passion for cooking began as a child, helping his grandmother in the kitchen. He has also successfully run two restaurants and a home restaurant called “Nonna Leo,” named after his grandmother Leonilda.
