Guests are welcomed into a charming Ligurian garden surrounded by lush greenery in the summer, or a cozy heated outdoor area in the winter. The class begins with an introduction to identifying the quality and significance of the ingredients used in Genoese pesto.

Using a century-old marble mortar and an olive wood pestle, Camilla will lead participants in crafting pesto. Attendees will manually crush and blend the ingredients to achieve the perfect color and texture.

The freshly made pesto will be sampled, served alongside traditional Genoese focaccia and a choice of classic pasta, either trofie or handmade gnocchi.

The experience continues with the preparation of walnut sauce using a mortar, an ancient recipe that is now rarely made in this traditional way.

Participants will savor the walnut sauce paired with pansoti, a typical fresh local pasta.

The tour concludes with a classic dessert, tiramisu, complemented by wine, spirits, and Italian grappa.

- Delight in a freshly prepared pesto served with a four-course Ligurian menu: savor the traditional Genoese focaccia, enjoy handmade Ligurian pasta like trofie or gnocchi with fresh pesto, relish pansoti with walnut sauce, and indulge in a classic dessert: homemade Italian Tiramisù.
- Each dish is perfectly paired with wine from the Ligurian Riviera, along with Italian liqueurs and grappas such as limoncello, myrtle, and Camatti bitter.
- Immerse yourself in an authentic Italian setting, surrounded by lush greenery, with a garden available in the summer and a heated outdoor area during the winter months.
- A maximum delay of 15 minutes is allowed. Beyond this limit, the experience will be considered as a no-show and cannot be carried out, to ensure the proper performance of subsequent classes. However, we ask you to notify us in case of delay: we will do our best to find a solution and allow you to carry out the experience, subject to the organization of the day.
