In a cozy setting, under the guidance of a skilled chef, participants will learn the art of traditional Italian cooking, from crafting fresh, homemade pasta to mastering the classic dessert, tiramisù, and sampling some of the finest DOC wines.
The experience begins with pasta-making: the chef will guide participants through the process of mixing, kneading, and rolling fresh pasta dough, followed by preparing delectable sauces that will enhance the dish. Participants will gain hands-on experience making sauces such as tomato or Alfredo.
Next, participants will delve into creating the iconic tiramisù. With the chef’s expert guidance, they will learn how to layer mascarpone cream, soak the perfect ladyfingers, and assemble this cherished Italian dessert.
Throughout the class, participants will taste a selection of Italian wines: 1 Rosè, 2 Whites, 1 Red, and to conclude, a typical Roman wine. The experience concludes with a traditional limoncello to finish the meal in true Italian style.
