- LivTours - Delight in this exclusive pizza-making class designed for a small group of six participants, led by an exceptional cooking instructor from MasterChef Italia! The session takes place in our brand-new, luxurious kitchen, which is part of our premium, custom-designed cooking school. Guests are greeted with a traditional Roman aperitivo featuring refreshingly chilled prosecco and a platter of appetizers, including olives, a variety of cheeses, and cured meats. Under the guidance of your chef-instructor, you’ll learn to craft authentic Roman dough for the traditional “teglia” pizza. Following this, you’ll create supplì, a beloved Roman street food staple, which is a deep-fried rice ball filled with tomato sauce and gooey mozzarella. To complete the Roman culinary experience, you’ll also learn to make Nutella-filled dough pockets for dessert. Afterward, enjoy your creations with fellow guests, accompanied by a glass of wine and limoncello. A digital LivTours recipe book serves as a perfect keepsake to take home!

The class takes place in our brand-new, luxurious kitchen, which is part of our premium, custom-designed cooking school. Guests will be greeted with a traditional Roman aperitivo featuring refreshingly chilled prosecco and a platter of appetizers, including olives, a variety of cheeses, and cured meats. Great time with Andrea! Highly recommend - Absolutely amazing experience, Andrea was an amazing teacher and chef, my partner and I had a fantastic time learning how to make pizza dough and Suppli, would recommend to anyone looking for a great night and good company

Pizza and Suppli Making with Dylan - Our kids loved Dylan’s pasta and tiramisu making class so much that they begged us to book another cooking class with LIV. We were hoping to get Dylan again so you can imagine how overjoyed our kids were when the door to the kitchen studio opened and it was Dylan again!
He was once again super patient with our kids as they navigated their first ever Pizza and Suppli making. A cooking class with Dylan was the perfect way to end our amazing two week holiday in Italy. Highly recommend Dylan and the LIV cooking classes!

Private Pizza Making Class - Enjoyed tremendously the pizza making class. Both cooks were excellent, felt more like family. Advice and instructions were spot on. I will be trying recipes at home with ingredients.
Can’t say enough about this experience. Truly the highlight of my day.

Great for families and super yummy - We loved our experience with Andrea. The food was delicious!!
Our 10 and 13 year old really got into the experience and loved creating their own dishes. Would definitely recommend and hope to try again soon.

Family pizza and suppli making with Dylan! - We had a fantastic private experience with Dylan. We have 3 kids, ages 10-13, and Dylan was fantastic with them and kept them very engaged. He also took our dietary needs (all vegetarian, 1 gluten free) into account and was very careful about avoiding cross contamination with gluten. We made pizza, suppli, and a Nutella dessert. The suppli recipe was the most involved and probably the hardest to make on your own, but they turned out delicious (even the gf version)! Also the LivTours kitchen is very large, clean, and most importantly, air conditioned! Highly recommend!

Best Cooking Class in Rome! - Chef Andrea Letizia and Chris absolutely made our night in Rome unforgettable. This was far more than a pizza cooking class—it was one of the highlights of our entire trip.
The food was incredible, honestly some of the best we’ve had in Rome. Every step of the process was explained clearly, making it easy and fun regardless of your cooking experience. Andrea’s passion, knowledge, and talent were evident from the moment we started, and Chris kept the energy high with great conversation, humor, and hospitality throughout the evening.
What really set this experience apart was how personal and engaging it felt. We didn’t just learn how to make amazing pizza—we spent the evening with genuinely wonderful people who made everyone feel welcome and involved.
The instruction, communication, food, and atmosphere were all first-class. If you’re considering a cooking class in Rome, stop looking and book this one. We cannot recommend Chef Andrea Letizia and Chris highly enough. A truly exceptional experience from start to finish.

Chef Andrea was great! - Chef Andrea made our cooking experience so much fun! And the food was delicious! The kitchen was clean, large space, and top of the line. We learned a lot about the food we were cooking and had lots fun. Thanks for a fun experience.

Dylan was A+++ - Our family of 6 (2 adults + 22, 21, 20, 17) enjoyed our evening making supplies and pizza with DYLAN tremendously. The kitchen was large and clean. Dylan was so kind, engaging and friendly. It was one of the highlights of the trip! A+++. We will definitley do another Liv Tours class next year when we return!
