In this class, participants will learn to craft three types of spritzes, the quintessential Italian beverage, and create fresh, handmade pasta with a traditional sauce—all under the guidance of a local expert chef.
The session begins with an Aperol spritz, allowing you to mingle with fellow participants and meet your chef. Then, the pasta-making adventure begins.
Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you’ll roll, cut, and cook your own pasta while mastering the art of making the perfect carbonara or cacio e pepe. As you cook, enjoy a refreshing Hugo spritz—because why not?
Once everything is prepared, savor your meal with new friends, your chef, and a delightful Limoncello spritz to conclude a perfect afternoon.

So much fun! - Sunny was amazing, she made us feel very welcome. We had so much fun! I would definitely recommend booking! We enjoyed the food and the cocktails!

Great pasta and spritz class with Jem! - Me and my partner attended the pasta and spritz class on our visit to Rome for our honeymoon, the class was great, we both really enjoyed it and met another lovely English couple. Jem our chef was great, he made the class very informative but great fun at the same time, great guy even if he is a fan of Arsenal. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to do something fun while in Rome involving cooking eating and drinking.

Angela is an amazing chef !!!! - It was absolutely amazing, very inclusive and well organised. Fast flowing drinks which is always great!! I’d like to mention Angela in particular as she was the chef for the evening, very funny and entertaining kept it light and real!! As it was January when we went there was only 4 of us and it was still so fun!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone travelling in the area as if was a nice start to our sightseeing experience. Thank you Angela again for making our first day memorable!
